B2B Technology Consulting — LinkedIn Paid Ad Campaigns
This project involved the design of a series of paid LinkedIn ad campaigns for a business technology consulting firm and Microsoft Solutions Partner. The ads were created to promote educational seminars and events focused on helping organizations across a wide range of industries better understand and adopt Microsoft tools—including Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Copilot—to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
Each campaign required a tailored visual approach based on the event’s theme, audience, and industry focus. Some seminars evolved into annual programs, which introduced the additional challenge of maintaining visual consistency year over year while still allowing the creative to feel fresh and relevant. Design decisions balanced strong brand recognition with enough flexibility to adapt layouts, imagery, and messaging to different industries such as manufacturing and distribution.
Because LinkedIn was the sole placement for these ads, particular attention was paid to designing within the platform’s constraints—ensuring messaging was clear at a glance, typography remained legible at small sizes, and calls to action stood out in a fast-scrolling feed. Visual hierarchy, color usage, and imagery were carefully considered to capture attention while still supporting a professional, trustworthy tone aligned with the brand’s consultative approach.
The resulting campaigns delivered cohesive, adaptable ad systems that effectively promoted educational content, reinforced the client’s expertise in Microsoft solutions, and supported ongoing engagement with both new and returning audiences across multiple event cycles.
