Outsource Medical Billing & Coding — Brand & Website Design/Build
This project involved designing a brand-new website for a healthcare billing services company. As a start-up with no existing digital presence, the client relied on my guidance to structure the site and organize content in a way that felt both approachable and professional.
The client was conscious of how dull and uninspired their industry can appear online, and they wanted their brand to feel different. My challenge was to create a website that conveyed credibility and trustworthiness for their target audience, while also bringing energy and visual interest to the experience.
To achieve this balance, I incorporated expressive, swooping line elements in the background to guide the eye and add movement across the page. A clean color layout was paired with bold pops from their vibrant palette, helping important details stand out. I also mixed sharp-cornered components with fluid design elements to reinforce a sense of professionalism while avoiding a stale, overly rigid look.
The result was a website that not only presented the company as a trustworthy partner but also gave their brand a modern, memorable edge in a traditionally dry industry.
